I was in the OR most of the day and missed the tie-breaker, however I would have voted for Across The Universe.

So 9 to 8 with the Fox Drummer's vote included.

I'm afraid the fox drummer was about 8 hours too late! Two Of Us however, is now the second highest performing loser, so will go on to the next stage, unless it gets knocked off by something from Past Masters 2.
