"Ashes to Ashes" debuts on BBC America, Sat. March 7 @ 8pm CST

I was liking the American version of "Life On Mars." I enjoyed the original British version that was set in Manchester. There is going to be a sequel/spin-off series called "Ashes to Ashes" (again, using a Bowie song title for the show name). It'll be set in 1981. It'll have alot of the same cast but now set 8 yrs later into the future in early 1980s. It's debuting this Saturday night, March 7 at 8pm on BBC America .

I just saw that they're putting it on today. I'm psyched. I'm annoyed though that I never realized they've been playing Life On Mars!! And I knew they were going to, but forgot to check. Boo. I missed all the episodes. Hope they replay them. I quit watching the American version though. Got kinda dull. Plus it's on too late for me to be able to concentrate.
