--- Quote from: Normandie on August 01, 2011, 02:34:47 PM ---My vote goes to "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" -- not only do I simply like the song better, but I can never get that darn refrain from "Wonderful Christmastime" out of my head!!!
(arrrrrgggggghhhhhhhh.............) ;)

I had a desktop theme that played that line with "simply having a" ahead of it when my computer booted up and I had to get rid of it for that very reason!
Hello Goodbye:
They're both nice songs. I like Wonderful Christmas Time just a bit better.

Mr Mustard:
They ARE both very good I think, but I do prefer John & Yoko's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)".
Think what you like but I even like George's New Year "Ding Dong Ding Dong" from the very end of '74 :o ;)
But I must admit I struggle with Ringo's "I Wanna Be Santa Claus" ;sorry
