Here's Elvis performing at the Milton Berle show:

Oh that was great! Uncle Milty was one of a kind. And Elvis..yum! My mom told me about watching this very thing when it was on. She and my dad had her parents and her aunt and uncle over that evening. Her uncle was really offended and predicted that no one would let that young man on TV again! Mom loved it...and she was no teenager then either.  ;) Thanks for posting it!

In my opinion, THE EVERLY BROTHERS were the first dynamic duo!

Crying In the Rain (EVERLY BROTHERS

Right.  They enlisted in The Marine Corps in 1961.  When they returned to performing in 1963, things were changing.  And then came The British Invasion.

But look at them at their Royal Albert Hall Reunion Concert in 1983...

I remember now. I was looking for George's version of this for the song game...

Everly Brothers - Let It Be Me (Very nice quality / HD video) (Live, 1964) (Embedding disabled, limit reached)

They had screamers in their audiences too.  ;D
