The Fab Four and music of the Beatles

The Fab Four played to a sold-out crowd at the Lied Center in Lincoln last night. The crowd was buzzing with excitement before the show began. Beatles' fans were sporting original Beatles' paraphernalia and fans from all generations were present, ready to go back in time for an evening.Mr. Ed Sullivan, as comedically portrayed by George Trullinger, presented the "Beatles" throughout the evening. The first half of the program was easily the best--full of the early Beatles' songs performed with talent and accuracy by the young men on stage. Tyson Kelly, Neil Candelora, Gavin Pring (a true native of Liverpool), and Luis Renteria were John, Paul, George, and Ringo, respectively.
