John Lennon letter to Clapton

Hi all,

First post here so I'll do an intro. I'm a writer for paulfrasercollectibles.com, a free daily news service on all manner of collecting and collectibles, including Beatles memorabilia. I would like to start posting some of my articles on the forum for feedback and as a service to you. This has worked well on other forums, as while I enjoy the Beatles' music, I'm not the most dedicated fan and would like to gain some info from you lot.

This is Lennon's letter to Eric Clapton, asking him to form a super-group with him and Yoko following the Beatles split. It sold at auction yesterday in Cali.

Hi,

Well I'm fairly new to the role and have only just been asked to really look around for forums etc. We cover a lot more than Beatles memorabilia (basically anything to do with collectibles/collecting) and also sell a lot of good stuff as well. Music memorabiluia is my fav to write about, especially 60s and 70s bands, so its a job I love.
