They were both members of 60's band The Move and had loads of hits, both ended up leaving but who was 'best' ?

Well, the fact that I cant come up with anything Roy Woods has done, I guess i'll pick Jeff Lynne.  ha2ha

Roy wrote all songs by The Move and Roy Woods Wizard and was in ELO
