When we was Fab
« on: October 31, 2004, 03:17:33 AM »

I heard that this song was dedicated to the Beatles.  I also heard that Ringo plays the drums on the song.  If this is true why did he write it?  What was the occasion?

The song is indeed a look back at the craziness of the Beatles and the 60's.

yeah, George wrote the song after the Beatles had split up. The song is about the days of Beatlemania.

Ringo, Jeff Lyne and Elton John appear in the video of this song ;)
