Hello Goodbye

Quote from: 59I'm sure it'll get there soon.  No, I don't play bass......but it's not too late to learn!

I'm still trying to learn to play my prima balalaika.

Leopard Skin Pill Box Man

I'm primarily a guitar player so I own three acoustics (including a nylon string) and two electrics (one being a beginner the other being a red Epiphone Dot, I love that thing), but I also play bass ( I borrow it from a friend some times), keyboard/piano, drums (WITH a cowbell I might add...), and a few harmonica's so I can jam out some Dylan every once in a while or just some blues.

Would you like to contribute a track to the forum CD? http://www.dmbeatles.com/forums/b-m_corner/m-1181243855/s-0/

Very good! We have a chalil and a chalil tzad (flute) . Chalil tzad literally translates to "side recorder"  :) Keep up the good hebrew HG!  8)

Rock on and welcome to the forums, FrozenTennis! My buddy plays the cello too. I play the clarinet and a little piano.

My pride and joy is my Kubicki Ex Factor bass guitar.  I use a SWR Workingman 12 (from when SWR was still SWR) for small gigs and my Ampeg 8x10 classic w/ SWR Bass350 for the heavy gigs.

Yamaha FG-350 acoustic guitar

My Lenovo Thinkpad T500 with Audigy2ZS for triggering samples and simple practice recordings.  Soundplant for samples and Reaper for recording.  Assorted Shure microphones and a Samson C03 condenser I use as a room mic.

Yamaha F-attachment trombone, the model number eludes me at the moment
Jupiter 378L tuba
Buffet E11 Clarinet

A whole box of percussion instruments I use in my Beatles band, the coolest being a Rhythm Tech Pro Tambourine with thick brass jingles which has a dark throaty sound.  Others include finger cymbals, shakers, wood blocks, LP cowbells, bongos, triangle, and cabasa

Hear several of these in use at Beatles Tribute band Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/edturnernumber9

Thanks for the greeting Hello Goodbye.

The Selmer Signet 100 is a good clarinet.  I work on a couple a month and they hold up well and play test quite easily.  I play tested a customer's Selmer Series 10 clarinet the other day after replacing 2 pads and it played effortlessly.  Even though I don't play clarinet that much, I was jealous.

It looks very nice :)  I wish now that I never stopped playing after high school.
