Roger Waters is coming to Romania with his Wall tour. Truly a dream coming true, I can't wait for the next summer!  :)

how come he hasnt made an album since the 90's, as a fan of his have you any idea Ovi ?

Actually, he's going to release a new one, called 'Heartland' (built around a song with the same name, which, funnily enough, dates back in the 90's) in 2013. But no, I don't really know why he hasn't done anything since 1992. You know Roger though, always trying to make his concepts as elaborate as possible. He's not the kind of guy who'll write 12 pop songs and then quickly record and release them. He probably waits until he really has something important (or which he considers so) to say, especially lyrics-wise. Me, I'm just glad that that time has come.

Just received my final divorce documents from my attorney saying that these are "proof to the world" that I am divorced.

I'm feeling suicidal right now.  :'(

It's a hard thing. I went through it many years ago and thought I was going to die...but I didn't and my life is good and my kids are good(one withe a 4.0 average in college and the other 3.9). I have a new wonderful wife and much to be thankful for. It takes time and more time. Remember the old clique? What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I believe it's true. Tonight or tomorow take a look around you and count your blessings and go from there. I bet you find a lot. I found when it gets bigger than me ,I pray.

Yes, I am; thanks, and thank you all again for the nice comments.  :)

What set me off the other day was that I got the final divorce papers from my attorney, with a cover letter that said something to the effect of "the enclosed documents will help you prove to the world that you are divorced." Huh. Like I'm proud of being dumped after 18 years (and sacrificing my career for my ex's, but anyhoo...).

I'm still not sure if that phrasing is some weird legal jargon or just gross insensitivity on the part of my attorney (or whoever authored the letter). I kind of lost it for a bit there.

But, better today, and taking it one day at a time! The soundtrack to AHDN brings back poignant memories but I am determined to not avoid it. Those songs are too great to avoid.
