Hello Goodbye

^

We'll get part of that storm tomorrow afternoon.  2-3" of snow before it turns to rain.

Last Sunday it hit 68F in this part of New Jersey...

Another blast of wintry mix today and tonight. Wind chills of 35 below tomorrow, with wind gusts up to 40 mph.

Why did I choose to move to this godforsaken area? Oh, yeah: I didn't.  roll:)

Question is why anyone moved to such a climate in the first place. That's cold.

More winter weather and subzero temps on the way.  :(

Kev, I only just learned of the cyclone out from us lol    Just what we don't need - more rain!!   I normally love the rain but I'm over it now

Ugh, Kathy! It's weird here. It's going to be a high of 14 on Valentine's Day (oddly enough) and we'll wake up to below-zero temps Saturday morning. But then it's back to the 30's by late afternoon. I don't want those temps to stick around but usually they do. Stay warm Kathy! I know it's worse where you are.

We're getting lots of lovely rain here. It's helped deal with the bushfires and cleared the air of smoke. More forecast as well.  cheer1

Thanks, Kelley! There is some comfort knowing I'm not the only one who is freezing. My elder daughter said the university closed yesterday because wind chills were 45 below. Brr.

Well, it was 14 when I left work and headed out to get groceries at 5:00 so I'm guessing that maybe the high was a bit warmer than that. By the time I finished it had dropped to 0. I was afraid that the strawberries I bought at my first stop were going freeze and be ruined!

Yeah, that is a heatwave. We've got 1 degree now. I'll bet Kathy has us both beat, though.
