It astounds me how persistently sh*te I am at playing "Julia"...  I learnt it months ago but I can never quite get it all the way through.
I think it's the shapes of the chords...  I'm not the most articulate guitarist so I always go to jump to the next chord and end up mashing it in the rush to get there.  I can play it all the way through but there's big pauses in it.    >:(

LOL. Under everything everyone posts, there's a little thing that says "Like" And if you actually do like it, you press the link and it informs them you liked their post. It's virtually pointless, but it's kinda fun. ;)

I'm a complete beginner at guitar, but I'm teaching myself 'My Sweet Lord' by George Harrison
Though I only know the intro, I'm still trying though!

'Une Belle Histoire' by Michel Fugain. It's a fairly simple song, but even without vocals or other instruments the plain chords on guitar sound beautiful.

That is one of my personal favourites. Did you know that it was extensively inspired (Ahum. Scraping throat sounds) from La peregrination" by Ariel Ramirez?

Right now, I am working on a pretty and interesting transcription of Singalong Junk for classical guitar.

Does anyone know of any video lesson or something like that to help me play Mother Nature's Son?  I find the tab too hard to do, I can't get to the positions in time so I've never been able to play it!  And I've got it from the massive Beatles Complete Scores book which is amazing, but I can't do it.  I love MNS but I just can't do it.  I'm such a crap guitarist really.   :'(

Hey thanks, that did help!  I couldn't figure out some of the positions for parts of it, so I couldn't get to it properly.  This guy was pretty clear about it.  I can just about do it now.  Thanks a lot!   :D

I learned 'When the Wind is Blowing' by Paul. I kind of added different chords in the middle of it.
