Bass tuning: need help big time, appreciate it.

big favor, though not nearly as big like the one Bobber had to do for me. ;D

I'm trying to play this song on bass, I've got it memorized, but the song requires different bass tuning:

CGCF

How do I get this? 3 years in playing and I've never learned different tunings and how to do 'em. I have an electric tuner but I haven't figured out how to use it for this tuning.

YO! Somewher on musicians corner is a free tuner to download. You shouyld find what you need there. ;o)
