:D Yes, I found that site in 1999. Since I've been an Eppylover for 40 years, one of the first things I did when I got on the internet in 1998, as you can imagine, was search for Brian Epstein. Finally this Martin Lewis site appeared and I was surprised and pleased.

However, since the push for Mr. Lewis's Rhino Rediscovery re-issue of A Cellarful Of Noise died down, it seems he has also lost interest in Brian. Maybe promoting the book was the main reason he created the site, I don't know. Kind of sad.

Now that work on producing the movie is well underway, things seem to be looking up again for Eppy.  :D

Here's another link that you might find interesting:
http://www.samleach.com/beatledotes.html#eppy

Sam's last statement in that section, proving that he's a great guy:
"Animosity shelved, Brian and I shook hands for the last time. Eppy had became a Rock in the Beatles career. I was content being a stepping stone."

I'm sure he's also more than content knowing he's lived almost 40 more years, too! ;)

Nice read, thanks!

I suppose it'll take me some time to get used to using this. I'm not much good on the computer and techno things. I just type of word for windows! This morning I was in touch with an old friend from the Liverpool College of Art, Dave Little, and he sent me copies of the drawings he did on me, John and Stuart in 1958. I'm contacting old art school friends and am going to introduce a Liverpool College of art section in my rockandpopshop site. This morning I also heard from ramona, Scott Wheeler'w wife, to say Scott died of a heart attack. I'm extremely sad. Scott was one of the many Beatle lover friends I made on the internet and although we never met face to face, I really liked him

Hi, Bill. Awesome! Welcome to the forum.

I'm so sorry to hear about Scott. That's rough news.

I hope you get on in your computer literacy. It's not bad; once they plant the microchip in the base of your brain, it becomes really easy. Cheers, and good to see you. :)

Bummer. That is really too bad. I have offered him my help on several occasions. Reading this I can only assume that he was not logged in when he tried to post. Try to tempt him one more time? I can make him a Special Member if that helps to get him back!

That all sounds a bit of a shame and an abrupt end. Take care Bill.

That's a shame. It should be telling him that it's because he's not logged in.

Would a "Special Member" stay logged in? I hope so. He has so many memories to share, I would hate for a technical reason to keep him away.
