This is too hard!

Best Song: Nowhere Man / Think For Yourself  / The Word / In My Life / If I Needed Someone / Drive My Car (I love each of these equally)

Worst Song: Run For Your Life (am I the only one bothered that the singer wants to kill his girlfriend?!?!? Good grief, at least it's at the end so I can skip it.)
All you've got to do is choose love.  That's how I live it now.  I learned a long time ago, I can feed the birds in my garden.  I can't feed them all. -- Ringo Starr, Rolling Stone magazine, May 2007<br />

Run For Your Life: Yeah, John said George liked it, too. You boys can be kind of thick sometimes! *affectionately terrorizes you with a big stick*

I listened to Paul's basswork during the solo of What Goes On lately. It's superb.

I think What Goes On is great. The guitar work and vocals (Ringo and the backing) are nifty as well. I much prefer this to plonkers like Wait.
The Beatles do country really well, and this sounds relaxed, fun and confident (totally fitting the album).
Maybe on CD it sounds wierd coming after Michelle, but on vinyl it's a great way to kick off side two.
Wait is my least favourite. It sounds lumpy, leaden and uninspired.
don't follow leaders

Beatlemania

best - Michelle, Girl, Nowhere Man

worst - What goes on

I like "Girl" the most. I don`t know why, I sometimes cry, when i`m listening to it.

Andy Smith

Ringo's drumming really drives along on What Goes On has well,
maybe one of the beatles most underated songs!
