Heya Bluie. Just out of curiosity, do you know much about the Dannish mythology? (as in Nors mythology)

Not much actually, apart from the little I learnt at school in England. Anything in particular you wanted to know?

^ Well, I was reading something to do with Beowulf, and it said that King Hrothgar (as in Roger) of Denmark and all his dynasty were descendents of Odin. So does that mean that all those kings were part God-like? Or did Odin came down as a human?

Hi BlueMeanie, I like your screen name! ;)  But it makes me a little sad that "Yellow Submarine" is no longer available on DVD...

Hi PL. It's a little strange that you can no longer get it. Mrs. BM managed to get one for me on Amazon for my birthday. It must have been the last one. I think they must be planning another reissue.

I hope so.  I tried to search for a DVD copy in my local libraries, but their main catalog site says that their only copy of "Yellow Submarine" was reported lost.  ("Lost" meaning stolen by an enterprising Beatles fanatic, perhaps?   :-/ )

When? I didn't know it was on. I'm afraid I don't watch DR much, apart from Frost.

I don't watch much DR either, but this you had to see even if it turned out bad!

It was on live from the concert the 22 november. But I think you can watch it on the website (http://www.dr.dk/musik/player), if you like.

Cheers, I'll have a look. To be honest, I don't watch much TV these days. I download everything I want to watch. I think our YouSee account is going to be cancelled in the new year.

No problem! Let me know what you think.. I would love a non Danish opinion on it.. I thought Ray Cokes was great!

Wow, really? I guess because I was brought up with a TV around, I have this illusion that I need it ;D But today, anything can be downloaded or streamed online, so I can see why TV wouldn't be necessary.
