Song Survivor-Phase II Group A

So now we move on to Phase II. The 45 winning songs, plus the 3 'best' losers have been seeded into 4 groups of 12, judged by percentage of votes received. There will be a new group each week until we have our finalists.

Voting is the same as for the previous rounds, vote your top 3 in order of preference. 3pts for 1st place, 2pts for 2nd, and 1pt for 3rd.
There is no 'worst' vote in Phase II

So here we go with Group A. The vote will close at 12 noon GMT next Sunday 11th October.

God, I see the trend already and how this is going to play out.

I cant believe the love that 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' gets on this board. Its a tedious, repetitive, whiney, snorefest of a song.

(Only in my opinion I guess)

This one isn't panning out the way I thought it would. I was expecting a closer vote, but I can already see the 3 songs that are going to go through to the final.

I too, cannot see the massive adulation pour on While My Guitar Gently Weeps. I don't hate it it, but I don't thinks there's anything that great about it either. It's not even as if George plays the solo (which is not that good anyway). There are a lot of George fans here, I hope it's being voted for on merit, and not just because it's George.
