And i will keep the sex in my diet harihead , might even build that up to two minutes (rolling3)
But walking is great. That's how I started out. I wanted something achievable, so my rule was 10 minutes a day. That's it; if I walked 10 minutes briskly a day, it counted as exercise. Check!
Of course, it built up from there, but I have to say for me the secret is steady
exercise, not doing for power sessions in spurts. I still have my daily rule-- only now it's 15 minutes a day. If I do the brisk walk for 15 minutes-- I'm in!
I will not even suggest any alternative exercise you'll want to work in for up to 15 minutes, although it burns more calories.......
