It's from the DVD 'Lennon Legend', filmed December 1968. From John and Yoko's "Film # 6", it says in the DVD.
I'm not sure where it is.

I should have been more specific. That film^ was in Dec 68. Not the whole DVD. Sorry.

I'm trying my utmost to be clear and polite, on the DVD it says 'Everybody Had a Hard Year: An excerpt from John &Yoko's Film #6' that features a never before released performance by John and Yoko from December 1968' by 'perfromance' they mean the clip in the link you provided.
