how much is a 1965 shea stadium tickets worth ?

At my local record store, I've seen them selling old Beatles Shea Stadium tickets.  Their prices ranged from $40 to several hundred dollars (USD).  The tickets didn't look too different to me so I couldn't figure out why the price gap was so large...maybe it has to do with the tickets' seating area?
