The song is called Nowhere To Go and expresses strongly George's feelings towards his Beatlism: I'm tired of being Beatle Jeff, talking to the deaf. Written by George and Bob Dylan.
It's an outtake of All Things Must Pass and can be found on bootlegs.

Thank you for posting that, sumisuyu!

Whenever I hear something from the All Things Must Pass sessions, I'm struck by the similarity of themes between it and "Brainwashed". For example, "Nowhere To Go" seems to be an early treatment of "Run So Far". I think some recurring themes haunted George all his life, and kept popping up in his music.

In my estimation, the ATMP era has energy, defiance, and some bitterness behind it. In "Brainwashed", everything has slowed down and mellowed. There's still intensity of passion, but more wistfulness, acceptance, and humor-- a life that has come full circle, and is fully aware of that fact. I find it both uplifting and bittersweet how George bookended his life with these wonderful albums.

Are you sure this was co-written by Bob Dylan? I can't find any info on the writing credits.
