there's no auto log in feature and it is really annoying to have to type my long username everytime i visit these boards. am i doing smth wrong?!?

ooh ooh hey I konw what to do!  Go to member center, and somewhere in there you go to preferences I think, and there should be a thyingy where you can pick whether you want to stay logged in all the time, use cookies, etc.

yeah i did that the first time i registered, but it still seems not to be working and now for some odd reason i can't find that option anymore 

Can you auto login on this forum?

There's a feature beneath sign in box which says "log in "Forever" - that might work, but I haven't tried that yet!

It works for me both here (at work) and at home! Have you got cookies enabled on your PC? It might be that. Fingers crossed!

It works for me at home and work too, but I go to about ten forums every day from both places to check in.

well if you delete the cookies on your computer often, you'll have to log in each time you go anywhere. Make sure you have your computer set to accept cookies.
