ok, here's my first attempt, I made a "big" banner first for no particular reason :p I'll make the "small" one tomorrow.
Nothing spectacular really on the banner I made, it basically has the pic of the five members  and a dark cloudy background, I can edit and add/remove text if you want me to. I know it's a little bit simple, but I'm a newbie at photoshop so I hope you like it :p


Thats a pretty awesome banner! Did you use Adobe PS?

I did this small John banner yesterday, I made it with a "hippie" look. I didn't crop John too well, but I think it turned out ok:
