Revolver, it is a better one, but you really can't compare any Beatle's albums to each other, I like all of them, just depends on my mood.

"Revolver, it is a better one.."

Well, that is an opinion.
I feel Rubber Soul deserves the top position.

The music on some Rubber Soul lps starts with "Baby You Can Drive My Car" On the "Canadian " version it's I think "I've Just Seen A Face" that changes the whole feel of the lp! Rubber Soul is a collection of great standard "Beatle songs" Revolver is much more experimental and shows great growth in the Beatles song writing so I am going with Revolver!

Rubber Soul is the starting block for the Beatles moving into a more abstract-felt music.
For me, Rubber Soul is alot more defined.
The American Version is pretty poor, with the interpretation changed by the bloody labels.

I chose Revolver, simply because I have not heard Rubber Soul and I love all of the songs on Revolver.

Rubber Soul.

Both albums probably have a pretty much equal amount of REALLY good songs, but Revolver has a few songs that I don't like very much.

Because there are also songs that are "just good" and not "really good"

I think the Beatles were infatuated with American westerns at the time they recorded Rubber Soul! The I"m Looking Through You" has a country sound to it as does "What Goes On", and "Run For Your Life" This was their "Americana" Lp for all intense purposes! Their departure into a drug induced "Revolver" lp signalled a new phase in Beatle direction which culminates with Magical Mystery Tour so "Revolver" gets my vote!
