Young Bob was the coolest of the cool. I can well understand the attraction.I think his picking up of the electric guitar was a more seismic event for 60's rock than say The Beatles appearing on Ed Sullivan or whatever. He inspired a whole generation to sing about more than girls and cars (though I understand some may think rock was worse off because of it).
