I just got this today.
It's The Beatles songs mixed with Jay Z rapping.
As much as I dislike rap...this is pretty cool.
What do you think?

My favorite song from this is "What More Can I Say?"
Basically because it uses "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" (my fave Beatles song) and transforms it into a rap beat...it sounds hella awesome to be honest....

The Grey Album is so ... yesterday.

Yesterday it was grade-A crap. Today it is too. I predict it still will be tomorrow.

the only thing i like about it is the beatles part of the album.
the instrumentals that the DJ made from the songs are nice.

I liked..the Beatles part of the record of course.
I kind of like the beats the guy created.
Jay-Z's rap doesn't go with the beats however..
but the beats are nice.
I only listened to the Grey Album once.

No, don't buy it Sarah... trust me! Check the forums there are two other topics about this album. It's not worth it. The sons are purely destroyed as the rap doesn't go with the beatles background. You will end up not being able to listen to any of it (i mean the rapping or the beatles background).
Instead you could go and listen to the White Album instead...

I don't think you CAN buy it any more and I gaurantee this will become a VERY collectable Beatles item in the near future. I'd buy it simply because it's gonna be worth a few quid!! I have heard this album though, and I agree with Fool - listen to The Beatles album instead!
