we need another forum under other forums. We need one for Other Artists. Different Conversations is getting to full. If we creat this forum there will be less stuff in there and it will be more organized.




p.s. Since i came up with it, if it does be created could i be it's mod? Please D!

I've been a moderator at about 5 different boards and every time I get elected to be a moderator I have to fill out an application and then they have people vote.  Maybe we should have some kind of system here like that where people can actually vote for who they want to be their "Leader" lol. 

A moderator should be someone who welcomes people to the boards, who doesn't use their powers just to use them, and who is a regular poster.

A Mod also should be somone that we want to represent the board.

The Moderator also should know that they can't just tell everyone to screw off either.  So for some people it's not a very good idea to be a mod hehe.

What you should do is go over your dozen or more threads and review the contents and title of them.

Then, go to a very long thread and review the Tittle and contents of it and compare and contrast the two. Maybe then you will be able to see why they are not over 3 pages. 

(It sounds insulting, but I havn't done that to your threads so I don't know what you'll find when you compare them.)

That is a REALLY good idea - I would fully support a voting system for mods with DM having the final say (as it's HIS board!).

Perhaps you could mention it to DM or maybe see how many people would back it.

Well the application they submit is looked over by DM before he puts it up to vote on. If he doesn't like it then he doesn't even put it up to be voted for.

Yes I definately think voting for mods or at least hearing the "peoples" voice is in order. I'd keep "the End"

Oh theres no doubt about it, The End would stay. I don't think anyone would have a problem with that.

Patton could stay in his forum. lol You'd definately be a good mod. And I think PC should be our Hippie leader mod.
