Hey, anyone in here listen to Peter Frampton Still? I just recently bought a copy of Peter Frampton's "Frampton Comes Alive" live album DVD. Anyways, it's still great after all these years. I hope all of you remember him from the 70's...the new DVD has a lotta new tracks not even found on the original LP, and live videos. If any of you are big fans of classic rock like myself or are even interested, I came across signed copies of this at the Universal Music Store online auction.

so check it out I definitely recommend it.

I do like Frampton, and he's awesome live.  However funds are hard to come by these days......what with the country in the poor economic state it's in, and the high gas prices and what not.  So unfortunately I don't have the DVD, but It is something I would like to have.

I saw Framton perform with Ringo's All Star Band some years back - he was excellent!!

I heard that the vibrations from that gizmo he plays with his mouth, have caused all his teeth to fall out!!!

Peter Frampton is a great rock guitarist in his own right but the mainstream media tried to turn him into another teenybopper idol similiar to David Cassidy & Donny Osmond in the 70's after his classic rock album Frampton Comes Alive.  Which was crazy.

I want you, I want you so bad babe.  I want you, I want you so bad.  It's driving me mad, it's driving me mad.

Actually, the industry tried TWICE to turn him into a teen star - they also tried it when he was a member of The Herd.

I will be going to see Deep Purple in Brighton this November coming. Peter Frampton is one of the support bands which will give me plenty of drinking time at the bar.
