Is this from 1966?  It seems so because that's what he wore on the Paperback Writer/Rain promo video.  But by the apperance of a beard it looks later.  What's your take?

I think 1966, but I'd guess the stubble is more a consequence of having been up all night (maybe a few nights) than anything else.

His hair is shorter in the Rain video. And judging by Neil's tie I'd say 1968 might be closer.

I think you're right. Paul looks much as he did in his famous White Album photo, and Neil's hair is a lot more consistent with 1968 or 1969 than 1966.
