I personally think its a little sad that your a moderator and don't know why it was locked. (yet not your fault)
Three places where I moderate we have a seperate little place to post things, a place where only moderators can go. Everytime we move a thread, delete a post, lock a thread, give someone a warning, etc. We write in that folder that we did it and why.
Maybe we need something like that here. If we did, when Beatle asked why it was locked, The End could have looked in the thread and told her the answer.
It's also a good thing to post in the thread and say..."I am locking this thread because..." and then lock it so everyone knows. I have seen The End do that before.

Hey, if it was -my- comment (mine is the final post in the thread) I can apologize. Wayne was going out of his way to be hostile to people and I reacted.
My policy is to let people duke it out unless someone comes and complains to me,(doesn't matter if they have posted in the thread or not.) then I'd do something about it.

Just comparing it to how I moderate boards. I wouldn't if people weren't complaining about how things are being done. The best people at this forum are leaving... I think some changes need to be made or should we let chicken mess like you who can't even post under their own name run the board?
