Seriously, people do work through their differences, especially if they have mutual friends. It takes a while, because emotions run high, but where people are committed to the relationship continuing, the love outlasts the bad feelings. Pattie was a visitor at Friar Park in George's later years, and she was a great support for Olivia after George passed. Eric was of course a great mate and MC'd the Concert for George. They did indeed work through their problems to regain the love. What a lovely example.
