George had a unibrow when he was younger than later on he didnt...So I assume he had it waxed or plucked.  Nothing wrong with that!!

As for his teeth, I don't think they were crooked or anything, he just had that "extra tooth" if you will, and he probably just had it pulled.  I'm not sure what you call it when you have a tooth like that but its pretty common as I see alot of people with it.
