The Beatles live album is always a fun listen, but if the band FINALLY released it to c.d., which of the above choices would you want? Personally, I would simply want the two shows the album was derived from on a single disc. No need for an edit when you can have all of it.

I have it and it has three shows on it (two discs with interviews on the second), but I lent it to my buddy and i'm not sure how its spread out at the moment. Each set list differs a little with at least one or two different tunes though.

If the record company decides to release The Beatles At The Hollywood Bowl live album in the near future I think they will release it with the two complete shows from 64/65 with the possiblity of a concert DVD of the Beatles playing at the Hollywood Bowl as well!

I'm not sure how much footage there is of the actual concerts - I don't think the entire sets were filmed.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they weren't either.....there's some footage on one of those three dollar DVDs....Beatles Unauthorized or something or other of Hollywood Bowl....and it was all hyped up by some because I really don't think much of the concert was filmed.

That would be fantastic, but are you sure, that you're well informed ?
I hope you're right
By the way, a warning: A few months ago I bought a boot, called live at Hollywood Bowl, the cover was indentical to the 1977 EMI release, but there are both concerts on it. The problem is, the tape speed varifies several times, so that it is no fun, to listen to it. We have to wait 'til EMI will wake up...........Klaus

Heh, glad to see an ancient thread of mine is still alive and people are voting in the poll.

Here's hoping this is released in the next year or two.
