I wanted to apologize to those I have been snapping at, I've been pretty stressed out lately. I might be a little snappy still but probably not I'm so tired that usually I'm pretty mellow.

I've noticed people have been either assholes about it or overly nice where I just want to shoot them. A few have treated me normal---well as normal as they can.  Funny how the true assholes come out though. Anyways,

I will have to take a picture I've lost a lot of weight in the past two weeks and look funny without hair.. but hey now I don't have to go on a diet. Well I'll take one as long as it doesn't end up on Ed's gallery hehe.

It was funny.  It had nothing to do with you.

For instance, when I first read and responded to pc's "joke" I believed him to be as unaware as I as to what is going on in your life.  Therefore he could have said any number of operations, that one just happened to be funny to me as it was very unlikely you would get a sex change operation.  I didn't think in terms of not having hair.  So if this is just a big misunderstanding then let's forget about it.  My intent was not to laugh at any one.

However, those two boys strike me as insensitive a-holes but maybe thats because I've been crying for...well it seems for weeks.

***WHAT two boys?

But I've noticed people have been either assholes about it or overly nice where I just want to shoot them.

***"About it"...?!  About what?

A few have treated me normal---well as normal as they can.  Funny how the true assholes come out though.

***What assholes???Can you be a tad less oblique?

Anyways,

***I'm sure you look fine.  How much chemo are you taking?  Are you also having radiation?

Precisely!  me as well...obviously a few here know what's been going on but the rest of us don't.  I certainly don't NEED to, it's none of my business.  But I also don't wish to offend inadvertently.

They hook me up to an I.V. for about 3 hours every 3 weeks and will continue so until the middle of august or so.  This was my third time having it done and the effects are just now hitting me hard.  Depending on how the chemo is doing I might not need radiotherapy. But probably 85% chance I will. If so I will begin in the beginning of August. It will be external and the doctor said I'd probably have a fraction monday-friday lasting about 10 minutes and rest on the weekend.

I am very very sorry to hear it.  No one should have to go thru that regimen but especially the young.  I am very conversant with the process, and your youth bodes well as you are somewhat stronger, so you can fight off the ill effects of the treatment longer and harder than someone who is decades older.

Again, sorry to hear it.  Your usual cheerfulness is an even bigger testament to the person you are, and some crabbiness is nothing.

In fact, if you want to climb on my a** and club away feel free.  You have a free pass.

Sarah, I'm so sorry to hear that. I don't know what else to say except you're in my thoughts.
