Hello - This is my first post here and I thought it would be a wise place to come for some advice from the regular users. I've always been aware of the Beatles music but am a little ashamed to admit that I have yet to purchase one of the albums. I'm hoping to invest in around 5 titles so any helpful suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks

No, not really... you could buy Beatles For Sale last - it's a brilliant album by anyone's standards; it's just not their best.

Yeah. You should only buy Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's, Magical Mystery Tour, The White Album, Abbey Road, and Let It Be.

I don't think their early albums should be written off! We all have our particular favourite eras - Zep Fan obviously mainly prefers the 'studio' years. I happen to love their whole recorded output - there are some absolute classics from those early years which should definitely not be overlooked.
