Zeppelin III has some great tunes, but a lot of it doesn't make an impact with me. And I really don't like anything on the second Graffiti disc....all filler to these ears.

Led Zeppelin didn't write filler.  Every Led Zeppelin song is a masterpiece.  And There's many songs on the second Physical Grafitti disk that I love!  In the Light, Bron-Yr-Aur, Ten Years Gone, The Wanton Song, Boogie With Stu, Black Country Woman, and Sick Again.  All classic Led Zeppelin at their very best!

Apples and oranges.

A pop-based band vs. a blues/folk based band.  There is no comparison. They were both giants in their own times and fields.

And I like 'em both...but at different times and for different moods.

Hats Off to (Roy) Harper, the Crunge, Custard Pie, I'm Gonna Crawl, Carouselambra, Candy Store Rock, Wearing and Tearing, Walter's Walk, Ozone Baby, and some other Zep songs suck. Disc 2 is my fave Physical Graffiti disc.

They do?  Really?  That's weird, because the last time I listened to all those songs they were still awesome.  I guess they must have changed in the last few days.  Oh well.  I'll listen to them all today sometime and see if they've changed so that they suck now like you say.

lol, it was on CNN huh?  Well I missed it.  And though they're not FOX news, they still messed up somehow, because I listened to all of those songs and they still kicked a**.  It must have been FOX news pretending to be CNN.
