from the looks of the tracks I'd say its a mix of lead vocalists (Sheridan/Beatles). I'm really not the person to ask, there are some people here who know loads more about these early recordings than me. If you see PC31 or Bruno or The End around ask them, they know this stuff. Sorry I can't be of any more help
yeah, that's the Tony Sheridan album featuring 'The Beat Brothers' (actually The Beatles), however it's not the original one from 1961, I mean the songs are the same but this looks like an album released after The Beatles made it big. You can easily tell that by the cover.
There are a lot of albums/bootlegs out there with the same tracks, I have a bootleg called 'Beatles Early Tapes' and it's the same one.
I'm not sure about the value of your vinyl though, I don't think it's worth much
