It's been talked about for quite awhile, but nothing is concrete yet. It's going to happen though, that's something we can count on. The question is, "what extras would be on there"? I have VHS bootlegs and tons of audio with the sessions. Most are lousy, but some are quite interesting. I'd hope the release would be a double disc set which would feature the better moments of the recording sessions.

I believe the process is continuing more and more takes are being found to be possibly included on its dvd debut. Talks have been hot on this topic for a year and half now.
I came searching for a Beatles Messageboard to ask this exact question... I was starting to think I imagined hearing about this DVD.. Ok great, that means my mind isnt going after all....thought maybe I was losing it there for a while..
i like the outtakes myself.watching john, paul, yoko and ringo preform as a group is odd to watch and when peter sellers is in the studio rapping to john about pot and lennon tells him needles are more athletic. what is boring is the time spent on the two of us and john and paul trying to play feedback off their amps.but the best parts are lennon playing let it be lying on his back, cross legged at times too.another high point is when mary macca is in the studio.her interaction with ringo and john is a cute moment.......
