i am discovering other good musicians by researching ginos career.....eddie cochran was one.do you know he was over dubbing guitars on his records back in the 50's.
gene was also a target for the american ethic enforcers.who robbed us us freedom of choice by black balling black music.....alan freed did a radio show called moondog matinee.....he was targeted because he played that music.remember the payola scandal...mccarthyism at its peak.....

i heard be bop a lula on the radio today....that song just rocks brothers and sisters.it moves me....

Hey PC, there is a Gene Vincent  Box set on the "Bear family" lable. It's 8 or 9 cds I think. It covers his entire career. The only drawback is the cost . I have'nt seen one for under $160.00! Like most all of the "Bear" release's its filled with unreleased material.
