For some reason Clear Channel is playing "Black Betty" by Ram Jam alot. I thought that stuff wasn't PC, but the song is irritating as hell. Somebody must own the publishing.

Another thread reminded me about how annoying the song Mrs. Brown You've Got a Lovely Daughter is. That song makes me wanna punch someone. Particularly the guy singing it. |

The theme song alone got on my nerves. Aileen used to watch it every morning before school so that's what greeted me every morning when I came downstairs to go to school. And you know me, I'm such a morning person. |

How was that show even on the air when you were a kid Colleen? I had never seen it untill just a couple of weeks ago when one of my students brought in a video and wanted to show it to the class. It was the creepiest thing I ever saw!! The kids all liked it though. I was never that much into puppets I guess. Sort of like Mr. Rogers and that wierd place he used to go to with the owl. Ewww. |
