avril isn't bad...and this is from someone who finds very little "music" today that i can tolerate much less like. norah jones tugged my ear and i had no idea who she was, i told my stepdaughter (16) that this is a really good song one day in the car, clean and well produced with a great voice (i dont know why i didn't come) 4 months later she has a cart full of grammy's.....i can pickem! i had no idea she was ravi shankar's daughter!....small world...avril is a bit snotty, but what teen girl wouldn't be after getting her break, and being famous, while her mates were back in school.....she's a good lookin kid too, but that's a requisite now a days....you don't see too many janis joplin looking types on MTV these days....(mtv=mindless television)....i wonder how many 90's music fans will be still listening to 90's music 20, 30 years from now, or on a forum like this, discussing britany....hmmm

She sucks a**. She pretends to be all punk and hard, but her music is the same as all the other pop princesses. She has a terrible attitude and her music is awful as well.

You don't like her music, and i respect that, but I wouldn't lump her in the "pop princess" category with Britney and Christina. yes, she does have her moments (Sk8er Boi...) but for the most part her music is way better than most of what's out today. Let's compare shall we?
