Sgt. Pepper would be my pick.

I can remember making one of my friends listen to I Am the Walrus and he said something like, "What IS this crap?" I reacted "IT'S NOT CRAP. IT'S AWESOMENESS. FEAR IT. LOVE IT. *long pause* It's probably better if you're really high, though."
Had the same sort of conversation with my dad..."I remember that song, Yellow Submarine, that was a big one. But I never got why it was so popular...it was so weird."
"*shrug* Yeah. It's still spiffy, though."
"You could tell they were...on...something."
"You'd have to be pretty high to write about yellow submarines. They don't generally come in that colour, do they?"

For acid and all those trippy types of drugs -- definately Pepper and MMT.

Drinking album...drinking album...Abbey Road and the White Album come up here, to me.  But it'd seem to work better with a mixed CD -- Yellow Submarine, Baby, You're a Rich Man, All Together Now, Maxwell's Silver Hammer, Hello, Goodbye -- sortakinda anthematic songs to sing and slosh around to, heh.

Things they do look awful c-c-cold... yeah, I hope I die before I get old.

If I come home from a big night out, it's Sgt. Pepper's before going to bed.

If I feel like sitting down and have a quiet beer on my own its Abbey Road.

If its a rollicking rolling party, its 1, or the Red/Blue albums.  Friends prefer compilations.

In any case, if they come over to my place, they know they going to be listening to the Beatles a fair bit, so I usually let them pick.

Here's another clue for you all; the Walrus was Paul...

Quoted from misterchaz
I would think Beatles For Sale, with the more acoustic and thoughtful, melancholy songs.

Good choose.
