A second-hand bookstore owner threw this in for free when I was purchasing another Beatles book and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it? It's in digest form and has a bar code on it, which makes me think it was probably one of those specialty impulse-buy items sold at the checkouts at grocery stores. It looks pretty old and I think it was published shortly after he was shot, because it talks about his death a fair bit. Anyways, can anyone tell me anything about it? it's worth, etc.

Well, it's really just a bunch of pictures with some person's musings on John. It has a bit at the end about his death and how he will live on in our hearts.

There are always a lot of these cash in on death publications every time someone like John or Princess Di dies...it's like a padded obit, to take advantage of everyone's attention on the deceased and make some money. They're usually published quickly, cheaply, highly inaccurate in text and full of a lot of public domain pictures.
Still, at this juncture, it's a cool item to have.
And aboyt the pictures... I'm just askling beacuse I want to buy it but I want to know beforehand if it is worth... The pictures are the well known ones or are some unreleased pictures...?
