haha, I have to laugh at this.
You see Paul Mccartney's name before the title of the film!
now thats clever marketing

If its Beatles related..it will sell.

Whats the matter lads? Blue Meanies?

This was a great way to cash in on the Beatles name, I mean putting Pauls name first and so large. This lp is really pretty rare, although i did just see one go for $40.00 on ebay and was also a radio station promo, making it even more rare. These usually sell for $100.00+. Check out the credits in the above posting showing the ad for the film. The name Murray head in listed. Can anyone tell me the name of his mid eighties hit single? Two clues for you, #1. It also featured "Robey" the red head from the "Friday the 13th t.v. series" and #2. one of the lines from the song was "I get my kicks above the waistline, sunshine". See what happens when I have too much time to play on the computer. Anyway, anyone know the answere?

excellent question ric.  Unfortunately for you, I too have time on my hands, and with that time I watch VH1.

Murray Head's hit was titled "One Night in Bangkok"

DING,DING,DING, We have  a winner!!!!  And for your trouble Sun we have wonderful prizes chosen just for you. A ten pound box of broken eighties top 40 45rpm records!!!! CONGRADULATIONS!!!! Seriously, that was a pretty obscure song title to come up with huh? and I had forgot about it till i seen the picture from the post. Way to go Sun. Did you know that the girl from the "Friday the 13th series" sang on that ? You got to love those "I love the eighties shows" on vh1. From the lyrics you would never guess the song was about a chess competion, and Bankok is not really known for chess, but rather another game played by two horizontally, that involves exchanging money,  followed by a trip to the doctor for antibiotics or blood work in the worst case
