Did he cheated on Jane with Linda??they were goin to get married that same year they broked up, why did their relatioship ended, I know they started dating around 1962 or 1963 and they split in 1968, at the same time John divorce Cynthia, I always wanted to know why they ended? cause i know he cheated on Jane lots of times just like the other beatles did with thier wives

I think Jane Asher was concentrating more and more on her acting career and not spending so much time with Paul (listen to I'm Looking Through You from Rubber Soul), so they were gradually drifting apart. Then the story goes that Jane came home one day and found Paul in bed with another woman, Frannie Schwarz I believe, so that pretty much ended their engagement (I think that happened late 196... and then along came Linda!

I believe Francie Schwartz wrote a tell-all book about her relationship with Paul. I don't like her. But I do like Linda, so I'm glad Paul married her!

Francie is a twisted bitter obscene old harpy.  Yes, Linda was far a better match.
And yes, she did write about it in a long forgotten book.

Jane wanted to make far films, Paul a family

Yeah, Paul wanted Jane to be the typical Northern housewife staying home taking care of the house and the kids (and the husband) but she wanted to act.

Paul McCartney stayed overnight with the Ashers in 1964 when he missed his train to Liverpool; within weeks he'd practically moved in with them.

Was Paul McCartney's muse for much of the 1960s; "Here, There And Everywhere" and many other songs were written with Jane in mind.

Once engaged to Paul McCartney; while Jane could tolerate his occasional dalliances, she and Paul disagreed on when to start a family.

Her father's full name was Richard Alan John Asher and her paternal grandfather's name was Felix Asher.

Her mother was born on February 26, 1914. Her maternal grandparents' names were Edward Granville Eliot and Clara Louisa Phelips.

Her parents were married on July 27, 1943.

Met her future husband, Gerald Scarfe, in 1971 at a party given by satirical magazine Private Eye. Afterwards they became lovers, which resulted in the birth of their first child Katie Geraldine Scarfe on April 17, 1974. They got married in 1981 when expecting their second child Alexander.

She is an Associate Member of RADA.

Jane is as lovely as can be. Interesting to know she married Gerald Scarfe. Didn't her Father commit suicide in that house?
