When I met Allan Williams some years ago back in Liverpool, he'd just been released from hopsital where he had undergone a heart operations. he was with his wife, and he couldn hardly speak, so with a little help of his wife, he signed his autogrpah for me and it was his wife who spoke all the time. They seemed so impressed by the fact that we were Spanish. I don't know why, he even smiled at me, and so that he was incredibly weak... They were very nice. I would hav eliked to ask them lots of things, but seeing  the state he was in, I decided not to.
