and adrenaline-pumping? Thus far, I only have the 20th century masters millenium collection The Best of The Who, so I was wondering which CDs I should buy. |

Who's Next and the Who Sell Out are the best two albums they ever did. Get those first and you'll be fine. |

I just watched a Who concert on VH1 from 2001. It's the one where they had guest stars sing some of their songs. I think it was for charity because at the end a bunch of kids came out wearing Keith Moon target shirts and they looked sort of ill. Anyway, the only guests I liked were Eddie Vedder (he's AWESOME) and Noel Gallager. I could do without some of the others. Who wants anyone else singing Who songs besides Roger and Pete anyway!! Oh well, all I have to say is the WHO RULE!!!!!!! Especially live. I can't believe there are people out there who don't appreciate their greatness. Really. Anyone else ever see this concert? |

I know! That would be SO cool! Except none of the people they have on now would remember the 60's! They would need new people. Old people! And they'd never be able to use any Bealtes footage. They never allow it. They should let VH1 play their videos at least. They play everyone else from the 60's!! Oh well. It would still be awesome even without the Beatles. They did Floyd on the 70's one but not the Who. What's up with that?? |

Yeah they did Floyd on the 80's one with the Wall. Thought their big thing is making fun of trends back then so it wouldnt really work for them to do cool stuff like the Beatles and the Who cos everyone would just say "I loved the Beatles". |

There, that's better! BTW, did we do the five song thing? Or was I just hallucinating. Cuz I can't find it. It's probably on page 10 or something. |

Is it the Royal Albert Hall Concert? I think it must be cause that has Eddie Vedder and Noel Gallager as guests. And it was to raise money for the teenage cancer trust. I've got this on DVD. Its great. I think most of the guests did a good job (especially Eddie Vedder) but I didn't really like Bryan Adams' version of Behind Blue Eyes. And theres a great version of 5.15 (John Entwistle does an amazing bass solo during this). Whos Next and Quadrophenia are the best Who albums IMO |

Yup, that's the one. I taped it but might get the DVD. Only I really only like to get Who DVD's from the Keith days. But this one was cool. As all of their live shows are. Townshend amazes me the way he can still fly up 10 feet into the air!!! |
