Does anyone know whether it really was George playing slide on Julian's Saltwater? His name is mentioned in the thanks department of the album Help Yourself but was it ever confirmed that he actually played it?

As far as I recall, George DID record a guitar part for Julian's Saltwater, but in the end it wasn't used for some reason.
