I just bought this great brand new hardcover book called The Beatles 10 Years That Shook The World which cost over $35.00 at a famous media center which has lots of great pictures & is more about their music, their albums, their concerts & their attitude & less gossipy crap which is what it's all about to me as a dedicated Beatles fan which I highly recommend.  BTW, it's kind of similiar to The Beatles Anthology book except with less quotes & not as big.

Can anyone post the pictures (or at least, some pictures from that book) and post them here? I want to see if I don't have them and so to see if it's worth it to order it at amazon. Well, probablñy so, as all the Beatles things are worthy buying them!

The Beatles 10 Years That Shook The World is one of the BEST Beatles books because there's not any fluff in it or looking too deeply into subjects like the Paul is dead fiasco since it's more about rock & roll along with dates year by year without being a heavy read for any Beatles fan & it cost just under $40 when I bought it.

^Yes yes. Thanks. It's definitely on my wish list now. I just finished reading "SHOUT" and I can't say I like it all that much. It's pure soap opera.

Sounds good, I hate those types of gossipy books. Although I somehow seem to have aquired not one but two copies of "The Love You Make" this Christmas.

Yeah, you're right Alan.
I've got the first 2 specials..and then the hardback (all 3 or 4?)
It's a well designed book, with some good photography.
The articles are written by leading Beatle Experts - Barry Miles Ian Macdonald etc
It's pretty valuable, if you want a little bit more knowledge than the average listener.
But we all know the story anyhow
