Yesterday would seem to be the logical choice, but I voted for "The Night Before". I guess I am just a little burnt out on Yesterday, plus I have always enjoyed 'The Night Before' very much.

I'll distinguish from songs on the soundtrack of Help! and songs on the album Help! and chose

from album 1) Yesterday (hands down !!)

just wondering i have always thought i had the album but it has the night before on it does that mean i have the soundtrack ?

Apart from Yesterday, my fave of his on the album is probably The Night Before, I absolutely love that song. But I love all the other ones, great songs like Tell Me What You See, I've Just Seen A Face...
